Von der Zeichnung zur fertigen Stickerei.... ich digitalisiere + freebie - from drafting to embroidery ... i am digitizing + freebie

Zugegeben, ich bin kein großes Zeichentalent, aber eine einfache Zeichnung eines Löwenzahnsamens bekomme ich hin und diesen habe ich dann digitalisiert.

I know i am not really a great talent for drawing. But i can do a simple drawing of a dandelion seed and i digitzed it!

 

 

Dieses doch sehr gelungene Design habe ich dann noch in verschiedenen Größen und Farben komponiert.

I composed this nice design in different sizes and colours.

Und dann habe ich dieses ITH - Täschchen entworfen und gestickt. Die Überraschung - Ihr bekommt es als freie Stickdatei von mir !

And then i designed and stitched a nice ITH - bag. Surprise - You get it for free!

 Ich habe ein altes Jeans Hemd verwendet und mit Vlieseline verstärkt.

I used an old denim-shirt and used non woven fusible fabric to make it stable.

Die erste Farbe stickt den Stoff (verstärkt)fest, dann kommen die Motive:

The first colour fixes the fabric (interlining) then we stitch the Motivs:

Mit der nächsten Farbe werden Markierungen gestickt:

With the next colour we stitch markings:

Dann wird der Stoff für den Eingriff angelegt, doppelt mit der Kante genau an den Markierungen, die nächste Farbe näht dann den Stoff fest:

The fabric for the opening will be placed exactly on the markings, we need a double layered fabric with the edge side on top, the next colour is fixing it .

Und zum Schluss dann die Rückseite der Tasche rechts auf rechts auflegen und wiederum näht die nächste Farbe das Ganze fest. Unten bleibt eine Öffnung zum Wenden der Tasche.

At last we need the back of our bag. The next colour sew this with an opening for turning around our bag.

Fertig, jetzt müssen wir nur noch alles aus dem Rahmen nehmen, rundherum die Tasche mit einer Nahtzugabe von 1 cm ausschneiden, die Ecken zurückschneiden und wenden.

Ready. Now we put our bag out of the hoop, cut it out with 1 cm seam allowance , cut the corners and turn around the bag.

Zum Schluß nähen wir die Öffnung mit dem Leiterstich zu und fertig ist eine schnelle und praktische Tasche!

At last we Close our opening with the ladder stitch and our fast and easy bag is ready!

Lutterloh Hose Teil 3 Fertigstellung - Lutterloh pants part 3 completion

Zuerst nähen wir die Hosenteile zusammen und seitlich einen Reißverschluß ein. Bevor wir jedoch den Bund konstruieren, wird die Passform kontrolliert! In meinem Fall war die Hose hinten um 2 cm zu weit. Ich habe ein Hohlkreuz und muss daher noch zusätzlich zwei kleine Abnäher in die hinteren Hosenteile einfügen. Ich zeige  Euch einen genialen Trick, mit dem der Bund eine perfekte Passform bekommt.

At first we sew the front parts and the back parts of our pants together and make a zipper into the side seam. Then we have a look at the Fitting of our pant! My back is arching a little bit inwards so i constructed two extra darts into my back part.
Now i will show you a genius trick to construct the waistband.

Der Bund ist 11 cm breit und mit Vlieseline verstärkt. Eine Seite habe ich 1cm umgebügelt, die andere Seite mit der Overlock versäubert. Dann in der Mitte falten und bügeln.

Jetzt kommt der Trick. Wir bügeln den ursprünglich geraden Bund in eine runde Form sodass sich der Bund perfekt an die Taillenrundung anpasst. Im Bild seht Ihr, was ich meine. Das Bügeleisen mit viel Dampf in einer runden Linie über den Bund führen und zugleich am Anderen Ende in die entsprechende Richtung ziehen. Lasst Euch Zeit. So kann man ziemlich jeden Stoff in Form bügeln. Aber Achtung, einmal in Form gebügelt lässt sich der Prozess nicht mehr rückgängig machen. Also den Bund immer wieder am Körper anlegen und die Passform kontrollieren!

The waistband is 4,30 inch wide. I used a Vlieseline to reinforce the waistband for a strong finish. One side i pressed the seam allowance and the other side i used the overlock for cleaning the edge.
Then fold the waistband in half and give a nice press.
Now or tricky part: We press our waistband in an arched form for the better fitting on the waist. You can see it on the pictures.
Press your waistband with the hot and steamy iron in a curved line. Pull it on the other side and give much steam! Try your waistband on your body . You can not press the arched waistband straight!

Jetzt wird der Bund angenäht und zwar mit der umgebügelten Seite rechts auf rechts an die Hose.
Die Innenseite wird dann glatt angenäht, so legt sich der Bund schön an den Körper und die Nahrzugaben werden nicht zu dick.

Now we sew the waistband right side to right side of the parts on our pant. Inside the waistband is overlocked so it will be flat and not to thick.

Zum Schluss noch ein Knopfloch, ein Knopf und die Länge der Hose, an der ich übrigens nichts verändert habe! Und fertig ist eine wunderbar bequeme und passgenaue Hose, ich bin sehr zufrieden!

At last we sew a buttonhole, the button and the length of the pant. I didn´t change the lenght!

Now i have a beautiful and fitted pant and i am very satisfied with the pattern!
